INGREDIENTS⠀
1 pkt Chicken Thigh
3 tbsps olive oil⠀
½ tsp chopped ginger⠀
5 tbsps raw honey⠀
3 tbsps soy sauce⠀
4 cloves of garlic
minced salt and pepper
1 tbsp sesame seed⠀
fresh coriander, spring onion chopped for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS⠀
Step 1: In a mixing bowl combine olive oil, ginger, honey, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 2: Place chicken thighs in the bowl with the marinade.⠀Preheat the oven to high heat.
Step 3: Marinade chicken for at least 30 minutes. Place chicken thighs and marinade on a baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through, make sure to flip the chicken few times. After flip the chicken on the other side and broil until beautiful roasted colour.
Step 4: Garnish with sesame seed, chopped coriander and spring onion, make sure to pour the sauce over the chicken when serving.
