Mangalica meat is richly marbled, soft, and delicious with favourable proportion of minerals (iron, zinc, copper) and omega-3 fatty acids, leading to high nutritional value. Natural feed with green fodder, alfalfa, grass, wheat, barley, maize, sunflower and sometimes pumpkin and sugar beet.
