Sous vide 53C, cast iron seared 1.5 min each side, with butter and garlic.
Very tender, juicy and beefy. I found it tasty. But one of my friends found it not "fresh" enough, maybe too "musky" for his taste. I guess it's the difference between normal chilled or frozen beef.
Overall, a good buy but it may be a bit on the expensive side for some. But if you compare to other dry aged offerings, it's not bad at all.
Also, if you are worried about it being frozen (and taste deteriorated), no, don't worry about it. (I left in in refrigeration compartment - taken from freezer, before starting sous vide.)

This is my second purchase of 30 day aged steak, juicy and good favour.
Package still in good temperature, better control than first time.
Will be great if they can offer morning or afternoon delivery. I requested morning delivery but came after 4-5pm. Not worthy to spend most day waiting for a pack of meat.
